Job Functions: - Operate Navision system, excel files and make sales data updates - Create price quotations, for renewals of existing licenses/ maintenance support for B-end customers - Create prices quotations, for simple SI projects - Create invoices, for SI issues through the Navision system - Provide data and reports as needed to help the sales teams - Keep track of sales targets - Answering phone calls from customers - Support sales teams. for the procurement processes - Other tasks and activities as requested by the sales teams from time to timeand - Performs any and all other related duties, as assigned by the company
応募資格:
Required Qualifications/Skills: - Must have basic PC skills, including but not limited to email, word, excel, and power point - Good customer service skills - Good Japanese and English communication skills, both orally and written - At least 1-2 years of work experience - Ability to handle multiple tasks - Good administrative skills and - An ability to work independently and as part of a team Period: Late Feb, 2019 - July, 2019 Work Location:Midtown (Until 3/15) After 3/18~ Lower Manhattan Work hours: Mon- Friday 9AM - 5PM
