Responsible for providing purchase, sales and contract execution support including
managing the balance position to the business division in the Food division in US and
assisting manager by performing the following duties.
【Essential Duties】
• Monitor and control daily transactions in Futures markets, using the Futures/Physical control system in Ag Commodities such as Cocoa, Oils & Fats and Grain.
• Review daily broker’s statements and communicate with brokers and ITOCHU group companies who support III’s Futures transactions about daily executions.
• Reconcile our data at our system and broker’s statements/contract sheets daily basis and investigate and correct the cause of any misalignment.
• Check daily handling commissions and communicate with the related party.
• Monitor and process daily transactions of physical deliveries, using the accounting system GSAP and the Futures/Physical control system etc.
