A Japanese equipment manufacturer is seeking a bilingual Sales representative to join their team. This role requires fluency in both English and Japanese. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
【Essential Duties】
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Conduct visits to prospective customers and engage in sales promotion activities.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.
- Perform machine demonstrations at the company showroom or customer sites.
- Manage machine delivery and provide operation training to customers.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

【Qualifications】
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Fluency in English at a business level fluency in Japanese is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, self-development-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiastic about building relationships and communicating with customers.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
