A California-based financial institution is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Corporate Banking Relationship Representative to join their Corporate Banking team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying financial solutions to meet their needs, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. The candidate must be bilingual in Japanese and English, and responsible for maintaining relationships with overseas (Japanese) potential and existing clients.

[Qualifications]
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking products, credit analysis, and financial solutions.
- Strong knowledge and experience in KYC is a big plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and systems
- Attention to detail, good judgment, sense of urgency
- Ability to understand corporate structure and understand legal documentation
- Ability to absorb training and immediately apply
- Good interpersonal skills
- Discretion, ability to handle sensitive information in an appropriate manner
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual skills (Japanese and English required).
- Must be willing to travel once a month.
