本ポジションは、航空貨物の輸入手続きおよび、国際物流・引越サービスに関するカスタマーサポート業務を担当していただきます。書類対応と顧客対応の両方をプロフェッショナルにこなす能力が求められ、日英バイリンガルでのコミュニケーションスキルが必須となります。
応募資格：
Bilingual in Japanese and English (required)
Experience in international logistics or freight forwarding (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
PC proficiency (email, Excel, basic systems)
Physically capable of manual tasks
Customer-focused with attention to detail
Familiarity with U.S. import regulations is a plus
