仕事内容詳細：
日本で運用されているシステムの夜間対応（米国の昼間時間帯）に関するインシデント管理およびリリース管理を行うためのサービスを設計・開発します。また、日本のシステム保守チームと連携し、インシデント対応やリリース運用に関する手順の策定を行うほか、これらのプロセスにおける自動化の検討および導入も担当します。
応募資格：
• Fluent in Japanese at a native level.
• Intermediate-level knowledge of system infrastructure and practical experience as a system engineer.
• Ability to manage tasks and issues related to the role and promote them while balancing priorities and resources.
• Ability to focus on the essential causes of issues and proactively propose and improve, rather than taking surficial measures when issues occur.
• Proactive attitude to improve task efficiency and quality.
• Proactively propose the improvement plan and cooperate in improving the efficiency and quality of the business.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills able to assemble and present information clearly.
