I have mainly worked as a sales person for career
developmental program through working with business
managers and human resource workers. Since working in
New York, I’ve done all kinds of consulting services
from doing interviews, match making for the employers
and applicants. Using my knowledge and experiences from
working with various cooperation, I have been advising
applicants about how those cooperation are valued.
What fascinates the consultant jobs is the care that
we provide for a person who is in need of help and that
is why I’m still doing this job. Through our reliance,
we hope of becoming a mediator that can satisfy the
employers and applicants needs.

I will never forget about this gentleman’s job changing success story.
He had an ambition to work for this one research and developmental industry
that had no openings. Although he never had an experience of working in that
field, he really wanted to work for what he was learning in his days of
graduate school . I was moved by his strong determination and will.
I personally approached this industry to hire this gentleman that
I recommended. I was so happy when they hired him.
I am pretty sure that the employer was also moved by his willingness and
effort to get to this point.
Have a priority for your dreams
Job searching varies case by case. I am not here to force people to
file for a particular job. What I’m here for is to understand what
the applicants are looking for. I usually want them to tell me about
what they like and want to do. I learned from experience that having
clear priorities in applicants’ dreams are very important within the
decision making process. I can provide tactical advises if the person’s
mind set is clear. It is important to let us know where they are standing so
that I am able to support and they can follow the best determination of their will.
I will be gladly happy if I can be a reliable partner of the applicants and support
them as much as I can.
