How do I contact each
employment agency?
Once you chose an employment agency and then post a job, the agency
will contact you immediately. If you would like to contact the agency,
you can see all information in each Agency's INFORMATION
page. Click EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES at
the left side of EMPLOYER TOP page, then
you will see "info" button in each agency section. Click
it and see their details.

How do I create ProX
j.com account?
Click REGISTERATION at the left side
of EMPLOYER TOP page. Please fill out all required fields. After
successfully creating a ProX J.com ID, you can use our system for
FREE.
What is the merit
of using ProX J.com?
By registering, you have access to you login pages, your own exclusive,
password-protected area on our site where you can manage your job
posting, make changes, additions or inactive, review your account
status.

I can't post my opening
jobs. What should I do?
Please contact us.
I forgot my password.
Go to FORGOR YOUR PASSWORD page, after
you log in from EMPLOYER TOP page, and then enter your email address
you registered in ProX J.com. We send you ID and password.

How do I update my email address or change
my password?
You need to log from EMPLOYER TOP page.
Go to EMPLOYER INFORMATION page and change
your email address and password. Click SUBMIT button to save your
information.
How can I post a job?
Click POST A JOB on the left side of
EMPLOYER TOP page. You need to enter brief
company information and also details of a job you want to post.
It is easy and FREE.

How can I edit my
posted jobs?
Please log in first from EMPLOYER TOP page.
After login, you are at POSTED JOBS
page. Click your job title and you will see the details. Click EDIT
button at the upper right side of the JOB INFORMATION Page. You
can edit your posted job on that page.
How can I delete my
posted jobs?
You cannot delete your posted job, but inactive it. To do so, go
to POSTED JOB page and click your
posted job that you want to inactive. You see two radio buttons
(They look like circle buttons) on the upper right side of the page.
And then choose INACTIVE radio button. Job seekers and employment
agencies cannot search and see your posted job.
How can agencies contact
me after posting a job?
After finished posting a job, employment agencies you chose send
you web mails. You can check all those mails at POSTED
JOBS page. To see the page you need to login from EMPLOYER TOP
page.

How do I use MEMO
function?
If you find a candidate you like, you might want to make a brief
comment about the candidate. You can use it as you like.
Can I receive a resume
from Candidate or Agencies?
You can receive RESUME from Employment agencies you chose. When
you receive a web mail from agencies, you can see candidates' information
at the CANDIDATES INFORMATION page. You can download their RESUME
from the page. page top
What is a "hide"
function? How can I use it?
You can use a HIDE function at the POSTED PAGE. If there is unnecessary
information, you can literally hide the information. First, you
choose web mails you want to do it at the right of each mails. And
then click hide at the upper right side of the Job table. Once you
click HIDE, the mails you chose will disappear. If you would likr
to see them again, just click WITHOUT HIDDEN ITEMS at the upper
side of the page.

page, and fill put active email address.
