• Inventory control, close monitoring of inventory level and incoming shipment schedule, etc.
• Take care of assigned existing clients such as coordinating delivery schedule and handling demands by email, fax and phone.
• Closely monitor procurement status, handle purchasing and expedite the delivery and coordinate on time delivery.
• Change and notify prices to vendors based on a contract.
• Handle customer claim by gathering information from the supplier
• Business travel for client meetings to arrange delivery date, quality and product prices and gather current information etc.
