【Essential Duties】
- Management and supervision of two offices.
- Supervision of subordinates (approximately 10 people).
- Communication with banks and handling payment-related matters.
- Arranging repairs and coordinating with service providers in case of damage within the office.
- Management and supervision of contracts.
- Reporting to superiors.

- Someone who understands Hawaiian culture.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as an office manager.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Bilingual in Japanese and English is a plus.
