- Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience industrial sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
- Technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software at an intermediate level
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with SAP
