Direct Sales Representative
Japanese company seeks Sales Representative
The direct sales representatives are primarily responsible for building relationships with customers and partners, promoting products and services, and achieving their individual sales goals through sales and marketing activities, mainly in the western region of the US. They are required to complete the sales process including the customer contract and tasks necessary to gain customer liability. Essential Functions 1. Develop annual sales plan and individual sales goal and get approval by Sales Director/Manager. 2. Establish, build and maintain customer relationships to ensure the sales goal achievement
Minimum Qualification 1. B.S. Degree (e.g. business, economics, computer science or equivalent) 2. 2 Years+ Outside Sales Experience 3. Ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline 4. Ability to effectively and politely communicate with current and potential customers 5. Ability to understand and document customer’s needs and requirements 6. Ability to understand and present values, service and product to prospects 7. Ability to communicate effectively with other members of the organization 8. Ability to design the excellent solution proposal and presentation by MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel 9. Ability for consultative and solution selling and for effective communication with C-level personnel of small medium to enterprise clients 10. Ability to work as a team and with high accountability. 11. Ability to provide effective presentation and demonstration of company products. 12.
