An industrial company who specializes in manufacturing suspension parts for cars, motorcycles, and ATV's is looking for a maintenance technician.
【Essential Duties】
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on production equipment.
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to identify and address potential issues before they become problematic.
- Collaborate with production staff to understand machinery issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and equipment history.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

応募資格：
【Qualifications】
- High school diploma or equivalent technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems will be preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
- Willingness to comply with all safety and operational guidelines.
