The Quality Engineer develops the processes to assure all quality specification by engineering and maintaining any quality information for overall quality management improvement and establish quality processes for new products. This Exempt position reports directly to the Quality Manager.
【Essential Duties】
・Develop the quality processes by:
- Create test plan and verify meeting specification.
- Improve measurement methods to minimize inspection time.
- Solve quality issues using find facts, analysis data, 5 why analysis to find root cause, come up with proper corrective actions and verify its effectiveness.
- Make standards and train related people.
