The SR Automation Engineer independently designs, installs, troubleshoots, and repairs PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment, and related systems. This individual’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the packaging line functions efficiently.
【Essential Duties】
・Works from diagrams, written and verbal descriptions to design, improve the productivity and repair powder flow packaging equipment.
・Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains all parts and equipment on the packaging line to maximize run time monitors packaging operations and suggests any mechanical/electrical changes or upgrades that would increase efficiency.
・Performs process development and documents processes as needed to support packaging equipment.
・Work with vendors to purchase and repair process equipment.
・Good organizational and communication skills etc.
