• Communicate with clients to answer their inquiries and questions, resolve problems/complaints and acquire information for order placement. • Receive orders, enter data to Net Suite, and communicate with vendors to process orders. • Pick items and prepare package for shipping to clients. Confirm contents, create labels and arrange pick ups and shipping. • Receiving packages and store in warehouse.
応募資格:
• High school degree or GED is required. • 1 + years of customer support experience in a business to business environment is preferred. • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
