Plans and conducts activities concerned with the quality control of industrial processes to ensure that material supply is sufficient for production demand taking corrective action when needed. The work is directly related to the management or general business operations of TPI and primary duty includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance including the ability to make significant decisions that directly effect financial affairs and profitability of the company, and has authority to negotiate and bind the TPI, on significant matters involving quality of up to $500 without prior approval of management.
