For the upcoming season of 2025, we would like to find a talented, confident, and bi-cultural individual for an English and Japanese interpreter position for the MLB world!
【Essential Duties】
- Translate accurately, efficiently and effectively between Japanese and English for both athletes and staff
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese media
- Participate in pre- and post-game responsibilities, as well as external community events
- Willingness to participate in tasks that are helpful to our international athletes
- Assist in additional translation needs as required by the team
応募資格：
【Qualifications】
- Fluent in both Japanese and English languages
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Comfort with public speaking, including on camera
- Ability to travel with the team during the Championship Season
- Capacity to operate with confidentiality, humility, empathy, and patience at all times
- Knowledge of the baseball landscape highly preferred
