We are seeking an Accounting Intern for our accounting firm. Remote work is possible from anywhere in the United States. Only candidates who have passed the CPA exam are eligible to apply. During non-peak periods, the working hours are less than 20 hours per week, but upon completion of the probationary period, this will transition to a full-time regular employment. This position is perfect for those who are inexperienced and looking to build their career as an accountant in an accounting firm.
【Essential Duties】
• Complete tax engagements for designated clients as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.
• Identify and communicate potential problem areas during engagements.
• Conduct business-specific research – gather and analyze data, interpret results, compile reports and make recommendations to principals and partners.
• Develop effective client relationships through professionalism and follow-through
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

【Qualifications】
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Passed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Japanese bilingual preferred but not required.
