A major Japanese manufacturing company is looking for a Corporate Attorney.
This position is responsible for handling all basic legal and compliance matters and projects for the company and the US group companies to ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise the company on its legal rights, duties and obligations.

Qualifications】
Education/Experience Requirements
・J.D. or LL.M., current license to practice law, and seven to twelve years of proven comparable law firm and corporate in-house counsel experience.
・Proven background on corporate law (contract law, corporate law, trade security, export control, international transaction, antitrust, bankruptcy, intellectual property and licensing)
・Job experience working in import/export compliance for Dual-Use and/or ITAR commodities and technologies preferred.
・Job experience working in Legal Dept of a manufacturing company preferred.
