As a specialist trading company for Japanese cutting tools, we provide high-quality products and services to customers in Tennessee. This position focuses on expanding and strengthening relationships with existing customers, including automotive manufacturers, through outside sales activities. While primarily a remote position, the ability to conduct sales visits to clients in Knoxville is also required.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring regular communication regarding our cutting tools.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from customers promptly, providing appropriate information and proposals.
- Understand customer needs through the introduction of new products and services, identifying additional business opportunities.
