75% preparation of export shipments and distribution of documents.
25% general business support function as assigned
Effectively communicate with customers, overseas agents and subcontractors.
Plan and arrange carriers for each shipment.
Prepare export shipments for assigned customers. This may include, shipping, labeling, and distribution of cargo. Generate pick-up orders and shipping labels as needed.
Ensure shipments are processed according to internal and external compliance regulations
Filing and data entry using AS/400 system etc.
