Responds to Customers inquiries and concerns. Each SOR is responsible for
their specific accounts, but also should be ready to back another SOR up if
they are absent. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain is an asset, but not
necessarily required if 2 to 3 years’ experience working in supply chain
distribution.
Responsibilities
Customer order entry, forecasting, planning, communication with other
departments, make sure processes flow correctly, forwarding information to
correct department or individual. Be familiar with other departments’
responsibilities.
Representatives are required to always maintain information in the system
correctly.
