A Japanese food trading company is seeking an Outside Sales Associate.
【Essential Duties】
- Meets the monthly and annual sales target as designated by the manager.
- Visits customers and potential customers to provide support, information, and sell Company’s products
- Cooperate with the accounting department to ensure the collection of payments in a timely manner.
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport resolves issues in a timely manner and escalates to the management as needed.
- Collaborates with purchasing departments, warehouse, and other involved parties to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
- Coordinates urgent deliveries with the customers to accommodate their needs.
- Travels to other locations to meet with clients as needed.

【Qualifications】
- Able to drive for the majority of the daily working hours.
- Able to travel within or outside of Illinois as needed.
- Able to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
- Able to use the phone for extended periods of time.
- Business level English and Vietnamese bilingual is required.
- Business level Chinese, Japanese, Cantonese is a plus.
- Maintains a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Maintains a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
