​​​​​​​This position is primarily responsible for maintaining productive relationships with our customers from a sales and service perspective. Works closely with all departments to resolve customer issues and facilitate other commercial related activities. 【Essential Duties】 - Rrespond to customer inquiries and complaints, follow up on accounts receivables, and understand customer needs to be the voice of the customer internally, driving internal actions. - Work closely with quality, engineering, accounting and other internal departments to resolve customer issues and other commercial related decisions/activities. Maintain and develop relationships by understanding customer current and future needs. - Prepare quotations and commercial price negotiations with management direction and strategy, based on incoming RFQ’s/online portals, ensure customer requirements concur with negotiated delivery dates, and are aligned with customer service firm and forecasted information. etc.

【Qualifications】 - Degree in a related field - 3-10 years experience in automotive industory sales, material control and / or purchasing functions. knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - ERP knowledge - Advanced Microsoft Office - Advanced Communication & Negotiation Skills
